Over the last few years we have seen a significant increase in stress levels. Auckland is expanding at such a fast rate and we are seeing the negative effects on our health and wellbeing.
Since January, I’ve been training with the Martha Beck Institute learning how we can offer some truly rewarding stress management programs for our beloved clients.
This month we have just launched our truly unique coaching program which combines mental health and wellbeing strategies together with body treatments. Of course, it wouldn’t be me without engaging help from the plant kingdom too !
On that topic, we’ve got some amazing plants that are coming along nicely down at the gorge. A lovely crop of Ashwagandha is now seeding and our spring planting is about to start. Its going to be an amazing season, I have the help of some truly talented permaculturists and have learned so much I just can’t wait to share!
